Sequins are used to form the petals of the flower and are then hand-layered to create a blooming effect. The napkin ring is supported by a base of plastic and glass beads.  70% Plastic Beads, 15% Glass Beads, 15% Metal Base. 4" Length x 4" Width x 3.25" Height.
